Free Shipping

Italy: Shipping is free.

International Shipping

15 Euro: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Great Britain, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden.

25 Euro: Lituania, Lettonia, Svizzera

60 Euro: Non-EU countries.

Shipping Terms

We do not deliver to PO boxes or PO Resister addresses.

If you request delivery to an unserved address, the order will be refused and the customer will be promptly notified.

Shipments are made via DHL courier.

Each shipment is accompanied by an official invoice or receipt indicating the value of the items in euros. For items purchased on sale or on promotion, the discounted amounts will be shown.

Delivery Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting Monday morning.

Average delivery time from the date of shipment: 24-48 hours.

Important Notes:

The seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or force majeure.

For new customers, Forino1899 reserves the right to contact PayPal or the customer's bank to verify payment. This procedure may cause delays in shipping the first order.

Shipping Details

Items already in stock will be shipped the first business day after the order, subject to confirmation of merchandise availability and bank verification for new customers.

Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track the shipment.

In the event of non-delivery due to customer reasons (e.g., incorrect address, recipient absent, incorrect phone number, etc.) or refusal of delivery, shipping costs will be deducted from the customer's refund.
