Shipping Costs

Free shipping

  • Italy : Shipping is free.

International Shipping

  • 15 Euro : Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Great Britain, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden.

  • 20 Euro : Switzerland, Lithuania, Latvia.

  • 30 Euro : Non-EEC countries.

Shipping Terms

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Poste Respite addresses.

  • In case of request for delivery to an unserved address, the order will be refused with prompt communication to the customer.

  • Shipments are made via GLS courier .

  • Each shipment is accompanied by an official invoice or receipt indicating the value of the items in euros. For items purchased on sale or promotion, the discounted amounts will be reported.

Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

  • Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting Monday morning.

  • Average delivery times from shipping date : 24/48 hours.

Important Notes:

  • The seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs checks or force majeure.

  • For orders paid by bank transfer, shipping will only take place after confirmation of receipt of payment.

  • For new customers, Forino1899S.rls reserves the right to contact PayPal or the customer's bank to verify the payment. This procedure may cause delays in shipping the first order.

Shipping Details

  • Items already available will be shipped the first working day following the order, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and bank verification for new customers.

  • Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number and the link to monitor the shipment.

In case of non-delivery due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g. incorrect address, absent recipient, incorrect telephone number, etc.) or refusal of delivery, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund to the customer.
