Terms and Conditions
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as conditions of sale) regulate the contractual relationships between the customers of the site www.gloves.it (hereinafter referred to as the customers) and the company I FORINO GLOVES 1899 srls with registered office in Salita S. Elia, 32/34 80137-Naples (Italy) VAT number IT 08648241217 (hereinafter referred to as the seller).
By accessing the site www.gloves.it, customers undertake to respect the conditions of sale present on the same site.
The seller reserves the right to make changes to the conditions of sale whenever necessary without giving prior notice, so customers are advised to read the above upon each access to the site.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The goods listed online are generally physically available in our warehouse and ready for shipping. However, the company has a multi-channel sales system and therefore it may happen that due to a number of simultaneous orders the goods are temporarily unavailable. In such circumstances, if the customer does not want to wait for the goods to be available or if the goods are no longer available from the supplier, the company will provide an immediate and full refund of the amount paid, without any possible dispute from the customer.
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED
– Credit card/rechargeable card: the customer will be redirected to the gateway provided by PayPal where he will enter the requested credit card information, this information will never be used or stored by the seller.
– Bank transfer: if the customer chooses this method, he/she can make a bank transfer with the following data:

BILLING
The goods are sold with the issuance of a regular invoice attached to the shipment, therefore it is necessary to indicate the data of the owner including tax code or VAT number, necessary for carrying out this procedure, otherwise the provisions of art. 22 paragraph 1, point 1 of the Presidential Decree N. 633/1972 will be applied, which makes the issuance of the invoice not mandatory unless expressly requested by the customer and therefore of art. 2, paragraph 1, letter oo) of the Presidential Decree N. 696/1966, which exempts the e-commerce activity from the obligation of certification with a receipt, tax receipt or invoice.
RECEIVE ORDER
Before accepting delivery from the courier ……… you must check that the package is in good condition, that there are no holes and/or tears, if such damage is found, refuse delivery.
WARRANTY
The goods on sale are covered by the terms of the official manufacturer's warranty provided by law and are free from defects that make them unsuitable for the use for which they are intended. To benefit from them, the customer must keep the invoice/receipt or delivery document that he/she will receive together with the purchased products. No warranty is due if the customer is aware of any defects in the item sold at the time of purchase or if these are easily recognizable.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
All online sales are governed by Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999 which regulates distance contracts carried out outside of commercial premises.
To request return authorization, the customer must send an email to info@gloves.it in which he/she will indicate:

We remind you that the right of return lapses if: the product has been worn, if the customer loses the original packaging, if the product has suffered damage other than normal wear and tear and after 10 days from receipt of shipment.
Once the seller accepts the return, the customer must arrange for shipping at his own expense and with adequate packaging by registered mail with return receipt to the address: via Sant'Elia 32 80137 Naples Italy
Return management proposals:
- Change
The item, if defective, will be repaired and returned to the customer. Furthermore, the customer can make the exchange, but only with a different color of the same item, if available.
- Discount code
As soon as the return is received and accepted as compliant, the customer will be sent a discount code for the value of the returned item, to be used for subsequent purchases. The discount code can be used within 6 months from the time of return, for purchases of equal or greater value.
- Reimbursement
Regardless of the payment method used by the customer, we will refund as soon as possible and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which we became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, or once we have verified that the withdrawal has taken place in compliance with all the conditions reported above and the integrity of the product received has been verified.
The actual time for the refund or reimbursement of the sums paid for the purchase of the product depends on the payment methods used.
For purchases made via PayPal account, the refund will be made to the customer's PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund to the credit card from the customer's PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
For purchases made by bank transfer, the refund will be made to the current account used, normally within seven (7) working days.
For purchases made with cash on delivery, the refund will be made to the current account indicated by the customer, normally within seven (7) working days. Please pay attention to the correct communication of the data to ……………………………….So as not to incur delays in re-crediting.
In the case of a gift, the refund of the sums will be made to the person who made the payment.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
It is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal based on the legislative decree of 22 May 1999, n.185: "Implementation of directive 97/7/ce relating to the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts", for those consumers without a VAT number, who do not act upon the purchase with entrepreneurial purposes.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within seven working days from the delivery of the goods, by communicating this intention to the company by email, he/she will receive instructions on how to refund the amount paid, net of the initial shipping costs and following the return of the purchased goods. The goods must be returned intact and travel under the responsibility of the customer, who will bear the shipping costs for the return of the same. The right of withdrawal is not applicable to sealed products once opened, the purchased goods must also be returned in their original packaging and perfectly intact. In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the company will return the purchased goods to the sender/customer, charging the latter for the shipping costs.
CONTROVERSIES AND RESPONSIBILITY '
By accessing this site, the customer and seller agree that the laws and regulations of the Italian state will apply to all matters relating to the use of the site www.gloves.it. The customer and seller also agree to submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the court of Naples for the above matters.
